EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY ROTATING. This is a simulated systems alarm TEST that is scheduled to be carried out every two weeks. ALL Fire alarms, detectors, smoke , vents, lift and lighting alarms are tested and recorded.
This is a lift alarm test. This is carried out every week to ensure the working alarm for the lift(s). The auto dialer is also tested at this time to ensure an emergency response.
Gutter survey is required to address the gutters which have seemingly failed.

This is again a LEGAL requirement to service the fire alarm equipment. All fire alarm hardware, batteries, detectors must be services and checked every year.
The fire doors need to be adjusted as they do not currently close correctly following works in July this year.
THE LOLER inspection is a LEGAL lift operation inspection and is required twice a year. This not a service it is an inspection and provides CC with a LEGAL certificate for the lifts condition of use.
GUTTER CLEAR & CLEAN Whole site gutter clearance & clean of the both blocks and car ports is due to start. The cleaning is currently set at once a year and when called for.
WINDOW CLEANING Window cleaning of the entire block is due to start. The cleaning is currently set at an eight week schedule throughout the year.

The new Wireless network at Cumbria Court is due to be installed. This provides Wi-Fi connectivity for all Door and Gate systems, lifts, power and waste systems.

The new Door Entry System - (Phase 1), is due for installation. This sees the first biock (Romeo 3-7), being upgraded prior to the second block and finally the main gate systems being installed and connected.
