COMPANY DIRECTORS

As a private limited company we democratically elect a number of directors to act on behalf of Cumbria Court Ltd. These Directors are responsible for the oversight of the day to day management of the companies legal and servicable comments. They in turn are directly responsible for the liaison between residents and the nominated "Management Company".

PLANNED WORKS

This sets out the works schedule as duly proposed, considered, and approved at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). The parties acknowledge and agree that all maintenance activities relating to the property and its grounds shall be carried out in accordance with recognised best practices, and with due regard for effectiveness, efficiency, and cost-appropriateness. All works shall be undertaken in full compliance with all applicable recommendations, industry standards, statutory requirements, and relevant legislation in force at the time the maintenance is performed.
